RAMALLAH, Monday, May 17, 2021 (WAFA) – Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh discussed today with the Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias the latest developments of the ongoing Israeli aggression and crimes against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and Jerusalem.
During a meeting in Ramallah, Shtayyeh stressed the importance of serious international pressure to stop the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has so far killed hundreds of people, including more than 50 children, wounded thousands, and displaced tens of thousands from their homes.
He also called for stopping the crimes of the Israeli occupation and its settlers against the Palestinian people across the occupied Palestinian territories.
PM Shtayyeh pointed out that the Palestinian cause is the key to peace in the Middle East, stressing that finding a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian cause will lead to peace in the region.
