RAMALLAH, Friday, July 8, 2022 (WAFA) – The President of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas, received, this Thursday evening, at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah, Israeli Minister Benny Gantz.

From his part, Minister Gantz extended congratulations to the president and the Palestinian people on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

During the meeting, President Abbas stressed the importance of creating a political horizon, commitment to the signed agreements and stopping the procedures and practices that lead to the deterioration of the situation, stressing the importance of creating the atmosphere before President Biden’s visit, which is welcomed by the Palestinian side.
