RAMALLAH, Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh today condemned the Israeli army killing of 16-year-old Mohammad Hamed in the town of Silwad, near Ramallah and held the international community responsible for it.

Shtayyeh said in a statement that the international community is responsible for this new crime, and for all the crimes committed by the occupation forces against the Palestinian people, “because of its silence regarding them, and the failure to apply the decisions of punishment and sanctions against the occupation to deter it from continuing to commit them.”
