Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No. (86/2026) on the ratification of the Charter establishing the Digital Cooperation Organization.
According to Oman News Agency, Article (1) of the decree ratifies the Charter establishing the Digital Cooperation Organization, which was signed in Riyadh on 5 February 2023. The ratified version is attached to the decree.
Article (2) of the decree mandates the concerned departments to deposit the document of ratification in compliance with the charter's provisions.
Article (3) specifies that the decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will be effective from its issue date.
