HEBRON, Sunday, July 17, 2022 (WAFA) – A number of Palestinians suffocated today evening by tear gas fired by Israeli forces in the At-Tiwani area in Masafer Yatta to the south of Hebron, according to a local activist.

Coordinator of the protection and steadfastness committees in Masafer Yatta, Fuad al-Amour, said Israeli forces attempted to seize a Palestinian-owned vehicle in At-Tiwani area amid the firing of tear gas canisters toward residents, including children and women, causing several people to suffocate.

They were all treated at the scene by the Red Crescent crews present at the scene.
