Deputy Head of the Higher Islamic Shiite Council, Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib, on Thursday received at the Council's headquarters, Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon Mojtaba Amani. The developments in Lebanon and the region were discussed in light of the ongoing Israeli aggression. Discussions also touched on the bilateral relations between Lebanon and Iran, as well as ways to enhance joint cooperation relations for the benefit of the two peoples and sisterly countries.
