Manama, Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, congratulated Dr. Jameela Mohammed Redha Salman on her appointment as Chair of the World Health Organization's Strategic and Technical Advisory Group on Antimicrobial Resistance. He praised Dr. Salman for her expertise and high competence in combating infectious diseases. The Chairman highlighted that Dr. Salman's appointment to this significant international position is a national achievement that reflects the ongoing success of Bahraini women, supported by the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the efforts of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as well as the dedicated attention of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, President of the Supreme Council for Women. He commended Dr. Salman's continuous contributions to Bahrain's healthcare system and her efforts in representing the Kingdom's health achievements on regional and international pla tforms.
