The State Council today received a delegation from the National Defence College of the Republic of India as part of its current official visit to the Sultanate of Oman. The Indian delegation was received by State Council members Hamad Nasser Al Nabhani and Ali Mubarak Al Amri, the Secretary-General of the State Council and other officials at the Council. During the meeting, the two sides discussed means of boosting bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of India. The visiting delegation was briefed about the role of the State Council, its development, achievements and the mechanism of functioning of its main bodies.
