Tunis:His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman will begin a state visit to the United Kingdom this Monday, following an invitation from His Majesty King Charles III.
According to Oman News Agency, the visit aims to strengthen the historical ties between Oman and the UK and to explore avenues for enhanced cooperation in various fields. The leaders of both nations will engage in discussions to coordinate on significant regional and international developments.
Accompanying Sultan Haitham will be a high-ranking delegation, including Deputy Prime Ministers for Defence and Economic Affairs, the Secretary-General of the Diwan of Royal Court, and several ministers covering portfolios such as interior, foreign affairs, education, and commerce. The visit underscores a commitment to mutual interests and aspirations for both present and future endeavors.
