Weather forecast: Mild to relatively hot conditions

RAMALLAH, Weather today is partly cloudy to clear and mild in the mountains and relatively hot in most areas in daytime with a slight rise in temperature, which becomes slightly unseasonably high, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Weather tonight is partly cloudy and slightly to relatively cold, particularly in the mountains. Light to moderate northwesterly to northeasterly wind blows in daytime, while moderate to occasionally active westerly to northwesterly wind blows in nighttime. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 17°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 25°C and a low of 16°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 35°C and a low of 24°C while it is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Thursday’s temperature is set to significantly rise and approach 3 to 4°C above the annual average, paving the way to mostly clear and relatively hot to hot conditions.

Another slight rise in temperature is expected on Friday, approaching 4 to 5°C above the annual average and paving the way to mostly clear, relatively hot to hot and dry conditions.

Saturday’s temperature is set to slightly drop on Saturday, paving the way to partly cloudy to clear and relatively hot to hot conditions.
