RAMALLAH, Friday, July 15, 2022 (WAFA) – Weather today is mainly clear and relatively hot to hot in daytime with no significant change in temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Weather tonight is partly cloudy and relatively cold in the mountains and mild in other districts. Light to moderate westerly to northwesterly wind blows. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 29°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 38°C and a low of 26°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 23°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Mainly clear and relatively hot to hot conditions in daytime and mild to slightly cold conditions in the early morning and night hours are expected on Saturday with no significant change in temperature.

Sunday’s temperature is set to slightly rise with relatively hot to hot conditions in daytime and mild to slightly cold conditions in the early morning and night hours.

An additional rise of temperature is expected on Monday, paving the way to an increase in the heat stress.
