A'dhahirah: A'Dhahirah Governor's Office today organized a workshop on strategic analysis as part of steps to draft A'Dhahirah governorate's comprehensive development plan. The workshop was attended by representatives of government departments and private sector establishments, as well as members of the local community.

According to Oman News Agency, the workshop began with a review of key outcomes from the earlier stage of work on drafting the governorate's strategy. Participants engaged in sessions focused on analyzing the governorate's core competencies that provide it with a competitive advantage over other areas.

The discussions highlighted the governorate's promising economic sectors, including mining, agriculture, and logistics. Participants also analyzed the external environment using the PESTEL model, and reviewed market gaps and potential investment opportunities.
