Salalah: A workshop on the comprehensive strategy and the strategy of communication and identity in the Governorate of Dhofar kicked off today.

The four-day workshop discusses means of boosting economic, tourism, logistics and food security resources in a bid to achieve sustainability.

The event, held in Sultan Qaboos Youth Complex for Culture and Entertainment, also highlights the sectors of mining and renewable energy.

HH Sayyid Marwan Turki Al Said, Governor of Dhofar said that the main goal of the comprehensive strategy for the Governorate of Dhofar is paving the way for accelerating the development process in the governorate.
