Two Palestinians Killed by Israeli Fire and Airstrikes in Gaza

Gaza city: Two Palestinians were killed today by Israeli occupation gunfire and airstrikes in the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian medical sources. An elderly Palestinian man died from critical wounds sustained in an airstrike that hit a displacement camp in the Al Jawazat area of Al Rimal neighbourhood, west of Gaza City, raising the death toll from that attack to eight, with 15 others wounded. A Palestinian fisherman was also killed by Israeli gunfire off the coast of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.

According to Oman News Agency, Israeli occupation warplanes struck the Mawasi area of Khan Younis in southern Gaza and bombed a house east of Al Maghazi refugee camp in the central Strip. Hospital sources in Gaza reported that ten Palestinians had been killed in Israeli airstrikes since dawn on Saturday, nine of them in Gaza City.

The overall death toll from the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip since 7 October 2023 has risen to 72,961, with 173,092 wounded. Israeli Occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement through assassinations, artillery shelling, airstrikes, and heavy gunfire across several areas of the Strip.
