Muscat: The 23rd consultations session between the Sultanate of Oman and Brunei Darussalam was held today at the Foreign Ministry. The Omani side was headed by Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs, while the Brunei side was led by Pengiran Norhashimah binti Pengiran Mohd, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to Oman News Agency, the session reviewed bilateral relations in the economic, cultural, and investment cooperation areas. Discussions included exchanging views on regional and international issues of common interest.
The session was attended by Irma Said Al Kathiri, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Brunei Darussalam, Noralizan Abdul Momin, Brunei's Ambassador to Oman, Ambassador Sheikh Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Hosni, Head of the Asia and Pacific Department, and several officials from both sides.
