Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Lee Jae-myung on his election and swearing-in as President of the Republic of Korea.

According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his wishes for President Lee Jae-myung's success in leading the people of his country and in achieving all their aspirations. He further hoped for the growth and expansion of mutual interests between Oman and Korea in different fields.
