Bon Plus" application serves as a specialized business application that connects suppliers with the hospitality sector, which comprises hotels, restaurants, cafeterias/catering and business bureaus (Horeca) . Bon Plus emerges as one of the nascent firms that are served by the Programme for Omani Promising Startups (POPS) and supervised by the Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (ASMED). Bon Plus seeks to streamline communication and cooperation among business owners and suppliers, notably by providing options for managing orders and contracts. Qais Mohammed Al Jidyani, CEO of "Bon Plus", said that Bon Plus platform serves 40 suppliers and more than 450 customers. The company in charge is embarked on attracting more subscribers by improving its services, providing promotional offers and enhancing digital marketing efforts, Al Jidyani added. The company also offers new features, like artificial intelligence (AI), to analyze data and provide personalized recommendations. It is currently expanding the scope of the services on the platform to cover other areas in the hospitality sector. The company also devises solutions to meet customer-tailored needs.
