His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA) and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), was congratulated by SCYS Secretary General Aymen bin Tawfiq Almoayyed on the winning of KHK Racing’s colt, “Vandeek”, in winning Sumbe Prix Morny (G1) after clinching the first place in the 1200-metre race at Deauville, France.
Almoayyed hailed the royal care accorded by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to equestrian sports, praising the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister and HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, SCYS Chairman.
