Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi of the Libyan Presidential Council on the occasion of Libya's Independence Anniversary. In his message, His Majesty conveyed his heartfelt sentiments and best wishes for President Dr. Muhammed and the Libyan people.

According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty also expressed his hopes for Libya's continued security and stability. He wished for the realization of aspirations for further progress and prosperity across all spheres in Libya.
