Israeli occupation forces raze agricultural structures, olive trees east of Nablus

NABLUS, Israeli forces today razed two agricultural structures and olive trees in Rujeib village, east of Nablus city, according to a local activist, under the pretext they are found in an area of the occupied West Bank under full Israeli military rule.

Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors colonial settlement activities in the northern West Bank, said Israeli forces escorted a bulldozer into the southeastern part of the village, where the heavy machinery knocked down two agricultural structures and uprooted 20 olive trees belonging to two local residents.

Israel demolishes Palestinian houses and structures almost on a daily basis as a means to achieve “demographic control” of the occupied territories.
