Doha, November 07 (QNA) – ASPIRE4SPORT organizers revealed Wednesday that one of football’s major rivalries will play out another chapter in its rich history with former players of Real Madrid taking on Barcelona in the El Clasico Legends Match.
The match will take place at Aspire Zone Ladies Sports Hall and tickets can be purchased at the ASPIRE4SPORT Congress and Expo between the hours of 3:00 and 7:00pm and at the match unless already sold out and at the match unless already sold out.
The event will feature football legends such as Fernando Hierro, Christian Carembeu, Monolo Sanshis, Jose Emilio Amavisca , Fabio Canavarro, Fernando Couto, Vitor Baya, Jari Litmanen, Boudwen Zenden , Michael Reizeger and Ronald De Boer, El Clisico a term coined especially for matches between theclub rivalry many regard as the biggest in world football – is the most followed club football match in the world, watched by hundreds of millions of people.
Organizers also emphasized the success of business networking tools developed by ASPIRE4SPORT to benefit their delegates and exhibitors, saying they are evidence of a growing sports business industry in Qatar.
The number of exhibitors showcasing the latest in sports services and products at the congress this year is over 170, a 45% increase from the previous year, revealed Abdulaziz Al Mahmoud, Vice President of ASPIRE4SPORT.
Hundreds of meetings have been pre-arranged between different organisations and key stakeholders including Aspire Zone Foundation, Qatar 2022 Supreme Committee, Qatar Olympic Committee, Qatar Foundation and Katara.
