Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Dr. Bernardo Arévalo of the Republic of Guatemala on being sworn-in as his country's president. In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Arévalo. His Majesty also wished the people of Guatemala further progress and development.
